We are project managers. Adrian Pagdin founded ajp consulting in 2003 with a vision to deliver organisational excellence and we still have this value at the heart of everything that we do.

We train project managers and train project management for those that are new to the discipline. We provide a wide range of project management orientated training, consultancy and coaching products.

What makes us different is that we occupy a space between the large multi-national and the small boutique training providers in that we are a practice that incorporates subject matter experts who head up training subject matter hubs. In practical terms this means that we have the capability to deliver pan-organisational initiatives while retaining the ability to put an expert in the room every time that we deliver training, consultancy or coaching.
